Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time
    Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Shipping Cost
    • Rubber Tracks & Undercarriage Parts – Always ship FREE via priority freight or parcel service.
    • Tuning Products & Accessories – Always ship FREE via parcel service.
    • Other Products – Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
  • Delivery Time
    Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping. Oversized items may require freight service and can take up to 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • Local Pickup
    Customers in Connecticut may select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup address and scheduling instructions are provided in the order confirmation.
  • Tracking Information
    All orders include tracking details, emailed once the shipment leaves our warehouse or vendor distribution center.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility Window
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Returned Items
    Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition. Items showing signs of wear, installation, or misuse cannot be returned.
  • Restocking Fee
    A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a defective product, the wrong size, or an item damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange an exchange.
  • Warranty Claims
    Warranty coverage for rubber tracks includes defects in material/workmanship, premature wear, and joint/cord failure as described in our Track Warranty Policy. Claims require inspection and approval by Namtec Industries.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Sales@namtecindustries.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
